Abstract

This article explores the theoretical foundations of the concept of frustration and analyzes the main psychological factors that lead to its occurrence during student life. Frustration can significantly affect students' learning processes, impacting their motivation, activity levels, and overall academic performance. Key causes of frustration include academic pressure, personal characteristics, the social environment, and family conditions. The article also examines effective strategies to counter frustration, forms of psychological support, and the role of educational institutions in addressing this issue.
