Abstract
This study examines the evolving landscape of educational leadership and policy, focusing on how leadership practices and policy frameworks influence the effectiveness and sustainability of educational institutions. It highlights key leadership approaches, including servant leadership, teacher leadership, and distributed leadership, as essential strategies for driving school improvement, fostering holistic learner outcomes, and addressing challenges such as crisis management and educational equity. The analysis also explores the role of centralized and decentralized policy structures, organizational culture, and community collaboration in shaping leadership strategies and policy implementation. By synthesizing insights from diverse contexts, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between leadership, policy innovation, and education reform, offering practical recommendations for educational leaders navigating dynamic and complex environments.
