Abstract

This article explores the critical role of educational leaders in fostering innovation and creativity in schools. It analyzes the key factors that support creativity, including visionary leadership, professional development, collaboration, and autonomy for teachers. The challenges leaders face, such as rigid curricula, limited resources, and resistance to change, are also discussed. To overcome these obstacles, solutions such as advocating for flexible curricula, securing external funding, and investing in technology training are proposed.
